We are aware of bugs/issues with the latest release (32) of Google Chrome browser.

Known issues include missing arrows from scroll bars/scroll bars not working properly and other bugs on form buttons. It can also cause admin pages to appear to not load, but if you switch to another browser tab and back to the admin page, the page displays as normal.
As this is a bug with the browser itself, we would advise using a different browser until Google rectify the problems they have introduced with their update.

Please make sure that the k9kreativity.co.uk domain name is white-listed with your email provider so that you don't miss out on any important updates from us.

White-listing *@k9kreativity.co.uk and *@k9hosting.co.uk should ensure that all mail from us reaches you and doesn't end up lost in a spam folder somewhere.

Please note that V2 DIY sites are now obsolete due to security risks so if your site was on this version please contact us to discuss upgrading your site

 We will be undergoing a Datacentre Migration which is scheduled for Saturday 26th November 2011 between 10pm and 6am (GMT).
What does this mean?
It simply means that the servers that our sites are hosted on are moving physical location (just as if you moved your computer from your bedroom to your dining room) so we can continue to provide fast, reliable and stable hosting for our sites.
Our sites will be temporarily offline until the server is installed in its new location and is back online. Any email will be queued and will arrive as normal once the server is back online.

We are aware that there may be compatibility issues with certain areas of the DIY admin pages and Firefox 3.6.

It continues to work with Firefox 3.5 and Firefox 4 onwards without any issues
